Ovulation test - is this unusual?

Hey everyone,

I normally get my LH peak around CD11-CD15. I'm CD 11 today and my LH levels are so low, like barely visible and I've never had tests so low! I did get a really quick surge a month or so ago so I'm hoping it will happen in a day or two, I'm just concerned how low the level is.
I didn't think diluted urine mattered so much with ovulation tests but could that be the problem?

I'd definitely try not to dilute your urine too much before testing, try and hold for 2-4 hours.

But if it helps mine were extremely faint to the point I could barely see the line, then one day it looked slightly darker, then the rest day it was super dark and I peaked! So from barely visible to peak in 2-3 days.

This happened to me last month, from post ovulation symptoms I could tell I just ovulated earlier than usual and missed it. Ended up having my period about 4 days earlier so that lined up with an earlier ovulation day. You could have missed yours, or it could be on its way.

Thanks both. I did wonder if maybe i missed it and I ovulated early. Still no sign of it rising today so maybe I did!

I wouldn't worry your surge may come so quick. This was mine I was so worried as mine were so faint but I was having so much EWCM but after 3 days of it I got my peak and I've conceived this cycle 🥰 keep testing you'll find it. Keep testing a few times a day

Awww huge congratulations to you 🥰 I was just a bit worried about how light the test was for CD11 as I've never had one that light at any point in my cycle before! But I did get my peak eventually, although a few days later than normal!
Fingers crossed I get a BfP like you this month ☺️🤞🏼

You could be ovulating late this cycle. I’ve had a few where I was convinced I was having an annovulaatory cycle and then bam - day 23 positive LH strip!
