Late but negative tests?

Hi all,
I've always been regular on my periods since I was really young but this period is now 5 days late... I tried to do LH tests throughout the month but didn't pick up on a surge. I assumed I'd missed it as I was testing at random times but now I'm worried I didn't ovulate at all? I have so many pregnancy/PMS symptoms but still negative tests?
Back in September I had a miscarriage so do you think that could be a factor, even though I've had regular periods since?

I had the same last month. Always super regular every 30 days but my period was 5 days late. I’d also been spotting for 10 days and had AF like cramps for days too. AF did eventually show up (although lighter than normal and I was expecting the opposite due to the lateness). My GP wasn’t overly concerned (I had a telephone consultation about another matter and bought it up) she just said this can happen occasionally to even the most regular person. Definitely a head fuck though when ttc😭
