Just a quickie - when is it best to BD after a positive OPK result?

BD for the fun of it on Weds, then positive OPK this morning.
DH has had one sperm test and this showed low motility and morphology so we were going to try to wait a few days this month before the OPK became positive....
Would it be best to BD tonight or wait until tomorrow?

I would say tonight, as you may well ov within 12 hours of the +ve test, esp as you are testing first thing, rather than in the afternoon, so your surge may have actually occurred yesterday and be on its way back down.

I'm using the digital OPK, so it recommended testing first thing in the morning.
I suppose if we BD tonight we could always have a go tomorrow night as well, just in case....
