Blocked fallopian tube

Hi,
I have one blocked fallopian tube, and currently been ttc for 3 months. Has anyone had experience with this and success in conceiving? Currently waiting for a gynecology appointment to hopefully get some advice on how the tube could affect implantation.

I have one blocked tube, one dodgy ovary but I've fallen pregnant 5 times (3 losses unrelated to having one tube). Currently been TTC for 2 years now, but I've also got a nasty cyst which had stopped my periods and ovulation completely up until recently
