Chemical pregnancies

Hi, was hoping for some advice or similar experiences. I had what I believe to be 2 chemical pregnancies. One was at 5 weeks in August and one at 5 weeks just recently in November.
I have had bloods taken and all looks fine, I have started an iron supplement containing all the right vitamins and folic acid and also ensuring I eat well. My folate levels in my blood are a good level so from what I have read I believe that means my progesterone is not low?
I’ve been advised to take aspirin when I get a positive test but other advise says to take before then.
My question is has anyone had 2 chemical pregnancies and then gone on to have a successful pregnancy? And has anyone taken aspirin and if so when?
I did have severe pre eclampsia with my first son 4 years ago and he was born at 32 weeks.
Thank you!

I have had an MMC followed by two chemicals so far but I have now been diagnosed with high NK cells. Last chemical was while taking LDA, which I have been told to continue all through my cycles. Doc believes it aids tge whole process,

Thank you so much for your response. My doctor has advised aspirin from a positive test so we shall see! Sending you good luck for the future.
