Understanding Ovulation Test

So I am new here and also new to using the ovulation test. My last period was November 12-14, skipped the 15th and spotted the 16th. Last time I had sex was November 18, 20, 21, 22, 23. Before then it was October 18 because I am in a long distance relationship. I haven’t came on my period yet. The first 2 times I took a pregnancy test was 2 weeks ago last week of November and first week of December. A friend said that was way too soon. I decided to just try the ovulation test to know when I’m ovulating but I been playing with them just out of curiosity and these are the results I keep getting. Could I be pregnant? Can someone help me understand these readings? The ovulation test are all the last 4 days (mornings)

An ovulation test can't tell you whether or not you are pregnant. Only a pregnancy test can. All those ovulation tests are negative, in any case, and it's the end of your cycle not the middle when you would expect to be ovulating. You can take a pregnancy test now, but if it is negative, you are probably not pregnant and just having some random fluctuations in your cycle.

Thank you so much for clarifying this. We are trying but I had never used the ovulation test until now. According to my FLO chart, my friend said it’s possible I had gotten pregnant on the 23rd according to all her calculations. I’m hoping because I’m concerned at my age (37) that it won’t happen :/. I’m having all these symptoms though so if my period doesn’t come on this weekend I plan to get a PT next week
