(TMI pic!) Implantation bleeding??? Or early AF

So I'm around 12dpo today roughly.
I had quite intense cramps earlier which felt like AF was going to come - that heavy feeling in the uterus area! So I thought here we go I'm out.
So I wiped and saw some light blood and put a pad on. I haven't been cramping since and I just checked my pad when I went to the toilet and it doesn't seem to have come full swing. And when I wiped it looks more pinkish. I realise this could be AF but my period isn't due for another 3 days yet which is unusual for me.
Sorry for the tmi pics but could this be IB??

I've seen it in 2 or 3 pregnancies. Both times, it was the tiniest speck. Literally 2mm on toilet paper and nothing on a pad, nothing when wiping again. IB is generally pale pink or yellowy- not bright red.
