TTC after vasectomy reversal

Hiya,

My partner is 2 months post vasectomy reversal and we're TTC.

Trying for my first baby, I'm 36 and he's 46.

Any success stories for couples in the same position?

Could be a long journey, so company is welcomed ☺️

Has he provided samples that confirm the reversal actually worked?

My husband had a reversal in May of this year. I’m 36 and he is 53.
I’m 19 weeks pregnant and due May 25 so very possible to have success.

A family member is pregnant, in 3rd trimester now, following her DH's vasectomy reversal. Good luck!

How long did it take you to conceive please?

If it worked then there's no reason why it's not business as usual. A lot of them don't.

We were lucky as it was quick. The reversal was the end of May and we told not to expect much in the first 12 weeks and offered an appointment for giving a sample at 18 weeks post-op.
I did a pregnancy test at 14 weeks post-op and it was positive.
Our Little boy was eleven weeks old yesterday.
