Tracking ovulation with test strips this cycle and just want to check when the best time/how frequently I should be testing?
CD8 today, did one this afternoon and it's low. Do i just keep doing 1 a day around the same time till the test line is darker than control?

Thank you!

Up to you really, but I often do one a day post period and then when it gets darker I move to two. But one is probably good enough to get a good sense. Pairing with temperature and mucus ideally.

The guidance I’ve followed was to do 2 tests a day, between 2-8pm as that’s when the hormones have built up. I usually did one around 2ish and then another one around 5pm. Once I had a low at 2pm and then my peak at 5pm so it can really sneak up on you!

Hi, I personally tested as soon as af stopped around cd8ish but that was due to a mmc but normally about cd10ish
One a day with second days urine which for me is about 8am, then when the lines are darker but not peaked I will go to another test at about 5pm for a couple of days to catch the peak
