Ovulation never peaked

hi guys, my ovulation never seemed to peak this cycle? Has anyone else has this

How long are your cycles and how many days into your cycle are you ?

My cycles are very irregular at the moment but usually about 23 days.
I’m currently 18 days into my cycle

If your cycle is only 23 days you should be testing quite early into your cycle. I have a 25-29 day cycle and I often start testing from day 7 onwards (my periods usually last 5-6 days). I usually hit my peak day 10/11 of my cycle and ovulate day 12/13 of my cycle.

I second was PP said, my cycle is 30/32 days and I peak later in comparison (cd20)
You also need to test twice a day from CD7/8 I'd say (unless you cycles are longer like mine)

Some cycles women just randomly don’t ovulate. I wouldn’t worry too much if it’s a one off.

But tbh if those were mine I'd be counting those as positive (my LH baseline tend to be around 0.12 on PreMom)...or taking an HCG test

See that’s normally the case for me but this cycle my period lasted 15 days!!!

If that continues I would strongly recommend that you go and book an appointment with your GP. Whilst everyone’s cycle is different, 15 days is well outside what is considered to be “normal”.

Is it possible that you caught last cycle and had an early miscarriage? That might explain the excessive bleeding and the consistently strong OPKs. I'd do a pregnancy test if I were you.

If it was to be an early miscarriage and this now being about 20 days after the bleeding started would it even show up on a pregnancy test?

I did a test and it seems to be negative?! Me and my partner have been trying for a babg but I had never thought of this.
the 15 day long “period” occurred a week after my last period…. And it kept starting and stopping for the first couple of days

So you bled a normal bleed, then a few days later had a 15 day long one? That does sound very strange. What CD are you on now (counting from the first bleed)? I'd still try a pregnancy test, because even with an early MC the HCG can stick around a few weeks...and then take things from there. Good luck!
