Can someone tell me do I count ovulation days from 1st day of period or day I came off ??

The first day of your cycle is the first day of your period

Hi OP, first day of your cycle is first day of period.
Then you ovulate mid cycle (you need to track the LH level in your urine for this). Then the days past ovulation are the day after ovulation. I recommend you use some ovulation testing kits to know what day of your cycle you ovulate. I trust it helps
