TTC - Caffeine - did you cut it out?

Hi all. it''s another month we are not pregnant - over 2 years now and still nothing
:(

I have been leading a very healthy lifestyle for a long time now, rich in nutrients, veges, good fats, organic meats and sometimes fish.

I had switched to decaf coffee and tea about a year ago.
These are the only drinks I have, aside from water.
I am thinking about just cutting decaf tea/coffee out completely now.

Although I only have decaf, there is still some caffeine in it. I read that pregnant women are advised to have no more than one cup of decaf tea/coffee a day because beyond that it's too much caffeine for the fetus/baby.

It makes me wonder if caffeine (even decaf) cases fertility issues.

I am wondering if anyone had found that cutting out caffeine (even decaf) helped lead to them getting pregnant?

If I cut it out, it will be really hard. Of all the healthy changes i've made, I will struggle with this the most. I find my job and house renovations quite stressful atm while TTC, and these drinks bring me some comfort. I have no idea what to replace them with too

Sorry if this post and thread sounds so silly. I am trying anything and everything to get pregnant :(

thank you for reading

Hey

You are allowed one cup of coffee a day when pregnant (I did!).

I've been TTC a second for 16 months. I've tried cutting out all coffee and tea (decaf included).

Caffeine doesn't cause infertility - definitely don't give up the little luxury of decaff!

Have you had any tests?

I’ve cut back to half-caffeine or just a can of pop, or max 1 coffee.
