I had a laparoscopy last week. Still feeling a bit out of sorts but the worst of the pain is gone. I have a follow up with the consultant in two weeks.
After surgery, she told me that the dye was running through my left tube perfectly but that it was sluggish in my right tube and took a while to come through. There were no cysts or adhesions found. She’s not sure why it happened. Assume I’ll hear more at my follow-up.
Has anyone else experienced this and what were the next steps you took? Any idea why my tube would be “sluggish”? Did you go straight to IVF?
My husband has 3% score for morphology so it seems like some intervention will be needed but just not sure what we do or request next. We’re speaking to both our NHS GP and I had the laparoscopy through private health insurance.
