Cervical discharge? I’m confused

Hello,
i would really like to understand cervical discharge. I am day 10 into my cycle (I tend to ovulate on day 15).
I’ve had a medium amount of discharge which is great. It is raw egg white in colour but a bit more stringy than slippery.

what I don’t understand is that when I’m googling this ie clear egg white discharge it’s saying I am at my most fertile but I’m not because I’m day 10 and my ovulation strips are not showing a surge.

Is this standard mucus at this point in a cycle? I would expect the discharge to be more like this closer to ovulation?

im concerned discharge and my LH surge is out of whack. Any ideas?

I wouldn’t worry, I’ve always had that kind of discharge for 5+ days

Thank you x

Same as pp, I tend to have multiple days of it. It’s your body saying you’re in the fertile window and it should hopefully help sustain sperm for a few days too. You can DTD up to 4-5 days before and the sperm might have a chance.

We usually dtd every 2-3 days. To give a few chances during the window.

Thank you for replying. This gives me some reassurance. Thanks x

That's perfect ovulation discharge. Clear egg white like discharge is ovulation. Or clear wet discharge. This usually means you are at the height of ovulation x

Hi everyone, thank you for your responses.

I had this discharge for 2 days.
today nothing, no discharge. I have done a clear blue digital ovulation test and it’s showing as ‘O’ which means I am not fertile or having an LH surge. 🤔

im so confused as I thought this discharge ie the egg white, stretchy was a sign of ovulation but I think my fertile window is in the next couple of days.

it seems my discharged has dried up 🤷‍♀️
