I got this test today. Meaning I'm over 5 weeks right? That's not possible as I had a normal period just over 4 weeks ago. This was done just now with weak urine. Possible twins?

I had a 3+ before I was 5 weeks, just one baby! I had my first positive digital at 9dpo though so think implantation was early
