Low AMH count at 26? 10.4!!

I had an AMH test 10 months after coming off the pill. I had one because I had an ultrasound back in Jan and the woman said my follicles looked lower than normal.

i went to a private gynaecologist and when looking at my AMH results (10.4) he said that although it’s in the ‘normal’ range , that range is very big and it’s definitely the lower end of the spectrum.

i’vr always been anxious about fertility and thank god I was right to get checked up! I had always assumed I’d have kids 28:29:30 but my AMH levels will probably decrease by then and I might be infertile?

I’m in a stable relationship (been together nearly 3 yrs) and after knowing this news I really have hinted at the possibility of an engagement within the next year and just have a super low key wedding and then try for a baby!

other option is egg freezing I suppose? I’d be so grateful even for just 1 baby,

has anyone conceived naturally with a lower than normal egg count? Especially around the ages of 29/30? Ideally I wouldn’t have a baby right now but actually I’ve been at my company 3 yrs so I’m eligible for a good maternity package so it wouldn’t be awful although we rent and do not own a house which I would’ve liked to do before having kids!
