Premom or Flo app

Hi everyone, I was just wondering which app you all find to be more accurate with tracking ovulation? I know there's no way to know for definite and they work off their own algorithm, but I'm just looking for personal experiences with both.

I have both and log data onto both but they always differ slightly with ovulation date. I tried not to be so obsessive with using OPKS this month, and Premom is 4 days different to Flo.

Just wanted to hear some opinions really 😊 like I said, I know they can't be 100%. Thanks everyone.

I’m using both, but next cycle will be my first using bbt so will see how much in sync they are then!

Not the response you're looking for as I know you mentioned not wanting to obsess over OPKs.. But I always feel the need to chime in when it comes to these apps.. I was the same and thought OPKs would drive me nuts as I'm the obsessive type (😂) so didn't bother. Used both Flo and Premom and just kind of tried to cover the days predicted by both. Then after 16 months of trying started the OPK route. I was ovulating later than average in cycle and neither app was close to predicting the dates🤦🏼‍♀️
In hindsight it makes sense, they only work on averages and I felt, and still feel, so bloody stupid to have trusted an app! Could have saved myself a lot of of heartache. Was pregnant by month 18. I think with OPKs if you do them for a couple of months you'll at least know when in your cycle you ovulate and then I suppose can assume you always do around then? Again, not the response you were looking for but just wanted to share x

@Knightbaby @remaininghopeful23 thanks both!

No I wasn't looking for a right or wrong answer at all just general opinions on both apps and how accurate people have found them so thanks for being honest 😊

I never put all my trust in either of them, but there's quite a big difference between 7 and 11dpo and I wonder how many people that just use apps and report bfps at 8-9dpo are actually 8-9dpo. But that's a whole other story I guess! 😂

I use both and find that Flo tends to predict ovulation to be a couple of days earlier than Premom. But then I use the ovulation tests on Premom to tend to go off that more. Don’t really know why I still use Flo. But we try to DTD enough to cover the predictions by both apps.
I actually used Flo the first time we TTC and got pregnant straight away.
