Adenomyosis and ttc

I had a miscarriage at 17 weeks in April and periods have been irregular but not particularly painful since. Found out today through a scan that I have thickening on posterior myometrial wall which my GP has said is adenomyosis. I’ve been trying to research how I can help things and what treatments are available other than contraceptives and hysterectomy. I’m hoping to get pregnant again in the near future but im older and time is not in my side! I’m also unable to take ibuprofen which I read is common to treat inflammation. Just feeling a bit lost and wondering if anyone has any experience with miscarriage and treatment when ttc.
