am i clutching at straws - could i be PG - need advice

Hi all

I need a little advice. I have been ttc for 5 months, had MC in Oct 07.

very odd things are happening this cycle. Didn't think there was much hope this month as bedded on day 12 of cycle, not bedded since (DP works shifts, so this was only chance we had.

Used OPK's for first time this cycle. Got a surge on day 16 of 28/29 day cycle. Now on day 13 post OV. AF due today.

Been having mild cramping for past 2 days, this is not normal prior to AF, usually have cramping 3-4 hrs before bleeding starts.

Also have very sore boobs,(usually do when AF is due) but they seem particularly bigger than normal, as i'm bursting out of Bra. I have also noticed capillaries all over boobs, which i haven't noticed before.

I have also had mild headache for past 3 days, and slight sore throat, and have been feeling light headed for 2 days. Also was in foul mood yesterday, to point that DP said i had been a Grumpy B***D all day.

Is it all in my head, could i be coming down with virus or something, or could i actually be PG.

Dont want to test until Friday, as i have promised myself i wouldn't until AF 4 days late, as i've been a bit addicted to POAS before AF due in previous months.

There is a possibility you are pregnant and I totally understand you not wanting to keep using tests. Good luck with holding out for 4 days.

If you are fairly sure of ovulation and you are definitely due today, then hell's bells test in the morning...first pee!!

poas addiction is clearly for those of us who test at 7 10dpo

I'm with Teuch, test on your period due date rather than torment yourself for 4 days. If you're due today then I would test. They do say you can test anytime of the day if your period is due but I would wait until the morning now.

i'm already finding it difficult not to POAS. Was supposed to be going shopping tonight, but stopped myself, because i knew i would end up buying a test. Also did'nt go out of office at lunch time, in case i ended up in boots. But i will have to go shopping at some point, as the cupboards are bare!

well i gave in and did a test BFN, still no AF. Think i will test again in the morning with FMU.

Just eating a tub of ben and jerrys to make me feel better

i had a bfn too still no af either lol
