Am I having a chemical?

I've taken 3 faint positives, and today the test is showing negative. Not even a slither of a line. I'm very late for my period, waiting back for my ultrasound results, as my doctor referred me to have an emergency scan after showing ectopic symptoms. Pictures all taken within 3 minutes of taking the tests and all showed colour. Could this be a chemical?

If you're already very late the test should be very obvious by now. Are you sure of when you ovulated? I had faint tests until about 14dpo, but then they started to get a lot stronger after that. If it's possible you ovulated like a week later than you thought then it could explain the faint tests

I'm 3 weeks late, but I'm not 100% when I ovulated. My app predicts I ovulated on the 21st Oct

If you're not sure (when) you ovulated you can't know if you're late. Your body can sometimes chuck random cycles at you. Over the last couple of years or so I've ovulated between CD12 and CD20 on various cycles (my standard seems to be CD16).

I haven't had a period since the 28th of September and I'm on cycle day 55. My periods are usually regular as clockwork. Maybe by using the app I'm causing myself unnecessary stress 😪

At 3 weeks late the tests would be much darker. Forget about the apps, get a blood test, it's the only way to see if you have hcg in your blood.
