Hey ladies, just wanted your opinion/advice please, Flo app said I ovulated on the 11th and I know it’s just a guide, but I had the obvious left side ov pains on the morning for around 3/4 hours on the 12th, I would of said I ovulated on the 12th AFTER ovulation pains, which would put me 7dpo as apposed to 8dpo today, would you say that’s what I should go on? I usually run a 28 cycle or there abouts, I'm not using ovulation tests, trying to go with my own body, so when and if you feel the ov pains, would you class that as ovulation day? As I read it could even be up to 36 hours after that which would have took me into Wednesday? Sorry if I sound a bit stupid 😅 what are your thoughts?
