First positive on first response advice

So I’m either 13/14dpo today.. I have been getting faint lines on strip tests, had some first response tests delivered just now and as you can see it’s positive but I’m worried the line should be darker at this point…

Looks exactly like mine did at 14dpo! Give it another two days then test again 😀

I would try in the morning.

@YorkshirePeridot I’m so scared that’s it’s a chemical because I see people have really strong lines on these tests at this stage.. how far along are you now? Do you have a line progression xx

My lines progressed over the next couple of weeks and I'm now 10 weeks pregnant. I'll add in my pic of my 14dpo test so you can see it's similar. Try a digital in 2 days!

@YorkshirePeridot my line is same as yesterday evening this morning with first response.. i don’t know what to think or feel atm.. digital says not pregnant xx

I am in the exact same position 14dpo (i think) faint positive frer and other cheap tests but negative digital clear blue digitals.
Please keep us updated with what happens I honestly feel like I'm on an emotional rollercoaster. I really hope it all works out xx

@jemma1995 hi :) yes it’s a horrible situation to be in right now, happy that it’s saying positive and pregnant but also so scared that it’s going to be a chemical as I say the line this morning is same as yesterday evening.. I have ordered some more to come tomorrow and by then hcg should have doubled so guess by tomorrow should really know what going on, if the lines weaker guess chemical and if got darker than I guess in the right direction. Digital this morning said not pregnant On clearblue. It’s our first month ttc so blessed to have even got pregnant! But want it to stick so bad! I just see other peoples lines at this point and feel so doubtful that it’s going to be successful! I hope we both get a bfp to be sure about im next few days.. just to add im due af today too. When are you due xx

Honestly everything you’ve said is exactly the same as me. It’s our first month as well so as soon as I saw the positive tests I thought this is too good to be true 🥺 Yeah I keep seeing everyone else’s and I think half my problem is I fixate on all these forums and then convince myself it’s the worst case. I am due on today/ tomorrow (not always bang on regular.) got everything crossed for us both xx

So the frer was first wee yesterday and the other one was 2nd wee today.
I'm waiting for some more frers to arrive tomorrow. But yeah my clear blues are stark not pregnants which is what's causing me the most stress xxx

@jemma1995 I started bleeding this morning so I’m guessing I’ve had a chemical, going to test after work to see if the lines got fainter or gone but I presume it will have.. feeling very sad today. Hope all goes well for you xx

I'm so sorry to hear that. I have a stark negative this afternoon and I definitely feel like I'll be bleeding later today. Honestly it's an awful feeling isn't it I feel so sad too. I almost feel silly for feeling as sad as I do!
I hope that you have a more positive next cycle ❤️

@jemma1995 how did you get on? Did your period start? I’m just on my last day of period so ready to start a new month of ttc! Still look back on the pictures of my positive tests tho and feel sad that I had a chemical.. I forgot to add aswell that I have ademyosis (found out about 6 months ago) and I know that can affect implantation or cause early miscarry aswell as pre term labour so really nervous that it’s going to keep happening!x

I think the day after you posted I started my bleed and it's about the last day today.
What an awful week for us both!
I had been okay because I think that week like the constant dread it was almost a relief (if that makes sense) however today exactly the same I keep looking at the positive tests and feel so sad, it's like a weird grief that I feel almost silly having but it's definitely there.
Please let me know how things go next time TTC I have everything crossed for us both let's hope it's our month this time ❤️❤️❤️

Sending love, I guess we are very similar in cycle then going to start using ovulation strips on Wednesday, hoping for a positive outcome this month for us both.. will have to keep each other updated throughout the next few weeks, helps I think having someone to talk to, obviously I speak to my fiancé about it but I want to surprise him with a babygrow and a clearblue digital saying pregnant so I don’t want to talk to him too much or give anything away until I know for sure and see the words! Haha x
