Possible implantation signs?

Hi all,

I'm 41 and on cycle 5 of ttc baby number one.

I got my smiley face on an ovulation test on the 5th so I'm about 10dpo.

For the past 3 days I've had lower back pain and lower stomach cramps - both mild, but noticeable. This morning there was pink on the paper when I wiped but absolutely nothing else all day.

The back pain has eased up and although still there, isn't constant any more, the same with the cramps. I've had no other symptoms. Boobs are not sore, etc.

AF is due in 5 days. Spotting before a period never happens tome.

Could this possibly be a sign of implantation?

I know it's impossible for anyone to know and I'm really trying to stay rational, but it's so hard!

It really could be but as you say impossible to know. Helps to talk about it though 😊 With my two previous pregnancies I just ‘knew’ because I felt different to how I would usually feel pre AF. Tender boobs, extreme tiredness were the main two symptoms but also thought I had some light cramps. We have been considering no3 so haven’t been careful this month/I’m not even sure when I ovulated but think I’m about 4/5 dpo and already starting to drive myself crazy. Living in the unknown is a killer!!!! Do you think you can hold your nerve and not test? I’m a serial tester so I’m not very good at the ‘just wait’ advice 😂

It's honestly crazy how the tea becomes all consuming, isn't it!

I'm going to try really hard not to test until the day after AF is due, if she doesn't arrive.

Last month I drove myself crazy by testing every day from 9dpo abd AF arrived 2 days late. I'm not ready for another BFN yet.

I had cramps on and off between 1-4DPO. That gradually stopped and then came back 8/9DPO. I got a surprise BFP yesterday at 10DPO.

@Lulu89x Congratulations! I also had cramps from 1 dpo which have continued since and got my bfp yesterday too at roughly 11dpo.

Sadly, AF arrived this morning - about 3 days early, so it definitely wasn't implantation signs for me.

I'm really going to try hard not to symptom spot or test before AF is due as this TWW has sent me a little crazy!

Heya laddies I know it's a little old but I need help x
So I'm currently on CD22 9 or 10DPO had sex 23rd January which I think was my ovulation day or I ovulated the 24th ... I have been having cramping in my left side and bad back pain since 1-6 DPO it stopped now it's back but my period isn't due for another 5 - 6 days but my lower abdomen feels full like even right now I'm having period pains .... has anyone else had this and gotten there BFP ??

I had cramping DPO 1-4. It was relentless. Day 5 it eased off and came back with a vengeance DPO6-10. Paired with boob pain! Took a test at 10DPO and it was a very clear positive! This was a week before my period was due!

Well as of now as it's almost 12.00 am I should be either 10 or 11 DPO and the period like pains are still there ... I might take a test in the morning to see but as far as symptoms go I literally just have the cramping on the one side sometimes all over , the back pain aswell , the feeling of being sick
