I am 2dp5dt. I have had two children, one miscarriage, one chemical and overall 8 transfers. In my experience whenever I think I must be pregnant due to feeling all sorts of things in the 2ww- cramping, lower back ache, fatigue, nausea, these are the times I am not pregnant. When I have been pregnant I have been largely symptomless in the 2ww. When I read the threads it's also often those who don't have symptoms who are PG and those who have all the symptoms who aren't.... However I am always reading that cramps are a sign of pregnancy.

This time I have the usual cramps, lower back ache etc and so I am assuming it's been unsuccessful again.

Has anyone had the pms symptoms in the 2ww and actually been pregnant?

Yes definitely. In all 3 of my pregnancies I've all but counted myself out that month because of cramps that were just the same as my af cramps. Looking back, my af cramps tend to start right after ovulation but I think when I've been pregnant they've started around 5/6 dpo. Also more cm when it would usually be decreasing in the run up to af. Everything crossed for you! 🤞 xxx

Thank you so much for replying. I certainly feel like it’s premenstrual and the same as previous unsuccessful times. But it’s early I know and so so difficult to try and evaluate meaningfully in the moment!! xxx
