Tampons and baby products in the same supermarket aisle is a problem

Hadn't thought of this before but... baby milk and food in the same supermarket aisle as tampons and sanitary towel is potentially triggering for women going through ivf or baby loss 🙁

Can't say it ever would of triggered me wouldn't of even occurred to me tbh

When you say triggering, are you suggesting that women might have forgotten about their loss and are then triggered by product placement in the supermarket?

Just a hunch, but I think we all have bigger things to worry about. If this is an issue then some talking therapy might be the way forward to address the actual grief rather than lashing out at remote associations.

I think anything to do with babies is probably triggering but you can't possibly avoid that. Everywhere you go there are children and children's products.

100% hit the nail on the head. Grieving is grieving. I think there is many more more issues than sanitary pads in the same isle as nappes. Well said.

to make this a thing detracts from important issues. I’ve had two miscarriages and this wasn’t and isn’t something that my head would even care about.
