Hello all

AF arrived this morning :(
Only second month trying for a second baby, so I know it’s very early days and I shouldn’t be upset but my body has given me EVERY pregnancy symptom, even what I thought was an implantation bleed (wtf was that then?) Just wanted to vent in an understanding place and keep fingers crossed for next cycle 🤞
Here’s hoping for no more cruel tricks 😂

Hi OP, hugs to you, I know this feeling all too well (nearly 2 years TTC) we are going for IVF in the new year.

Be kind to yourself and have some treats today. You are early in the TTC journey and it may just take some more time. What is in your control right now is how you look after your mind and body ready for the next month.

Getting AF is crap, and hormones tricking you is so frustrating! Fingers crossed and sending baby dust to you 💐

It’s an emotional journey but it’s worth it in the end!

We are going for ICSI in the new year, have been tying for our first for 15 months.

It’s such a strange time isn’t it? A real limbo and hyper awareness of every tiny bodily sensation. I hadn’t been sure that we wanted another and it was a massive decision to let nature decide - at least I know now, after how I felt yesterday that I couldn’t be more certain or more determined. My husband will need his weetabix this month 😂

I feel the same and had the same random bleeding I was convinced it was implantation and then so upset when AF arrived…

It’s horrible isn’t it. Two week wait for me again. Think I got my timings muddled and I’ve been really poorly (nasty flu with fever) so not holding out much hope this month. Hope you’ve had some luck since you posted this 😊
