4DPO today. I've felt some pain in my boobs yesterday and today. Some cramping and back pain as if I'm starting my period, but it's not due for 10 days. I hate the wait to test!

CD12 for me and I think test lines are getting darker. Back in 2022 when I used ovulation tests I ovulated on CD14.

We are doing SMEP, this worked last time so hoping it does this time, just need to figure out when I ovulate.

Time not on our side as I'm 39

Thought I was out of the November run having tested negative 2 days ago but I just got a BFP after my period didn’t show today 🥹

Hi! Just got my first period postpartum (it’s taken its time!!) so will be properly ttc from now. We haven’t been preventing but I gave up trying to track ovulation in the end🤣

Hey ladies! So I’m currently CD9 of 30 this month (usually I’m 28days like clockwork but AF was late last month) my tracker says CD17 I should be ovulating. This is our 6/7 cycle of trying! This month I have decided to be totally relaxed about everything I’m not testing early or testing my ovulation this month. What will be will be. Can’t cope with testing early just to see negatives all
the time! Also had a lot of false hope with clear blue evap lines! So frustrating. We conceived our other children very quickly so this is all new to me now and the disappointment each month. I’m going to wait until I actually miss a period before testing. AF due 15th Dec. Fingers crossed for an early Christmas present! ☺️ how is everyone else doing?? Will anyone else be testing in Dec?

That seems very light for a high. I got a peak today of 1.45 and this was my strip.

Cd24 here maybe ovulation tomorrow!

@Hen2000 what straps are you using and where did you buy from?

I remember having trouble when using these ones last time!

I’m CD15 today, think i’m getting my peak today hopefully. Had soooo much EWCM over the past couple of days and a lot of ovulation pain so I knew it was coming 😅 should be able to test around 9th Dec!

I think the Premom app is struggling to pick up the lines properly on the brand of test strips you’re using.
You may get more accurate readings using the easy @ home strips and the Premom app. In the meantime, it might be better to just judge it yourself and when both lines are the same darkness then you know ovulation will be soon.

Was 2022 and I ovulated CD14, had pregnancy and different pill so unsure of ovulation will be the same

AF arrived today...it's hard not to feel disappointed each time. I haven't been tracking ovulation but I think I might try in December as next AF will be due 21st December and it would be the most amazing Christmas present!! Gotta get stupid AF out of the way now and then I can move on to cycle 4. Fingers crossed!

I’m jealous of your dark peak🤣 when I was ttc my first I hardly ever even got a 1! I think I must have a really fast surge and peak and miss it but I find it so tedious testing multiple times a day

I've been using the mommed. I did try one brand which was blue and didn't seem to get any highs with those. I ordered from amazon

Last month my peak was really quick and I debated tested that night before a bath and that was my peak but it was 0.28 when I tested that morning and a peak of 1.3 that night!

I never tested with my other three, used body signs for the first, the second was a no planning but not preventing month and my third was body signs too but I always had regular periods. I've only used tests in between to see when ovulating again and only used the app since the summer. This is the third time I've ovulated but first period.

@Hen2000 I could always tell when I was ovulating without strips too but I had a mc and it messed up my cycle! This time I had continuous ewcm for about a month so can’t rely on that 🤣🤣

I know the feeling but try not to dwell in that headspace. I know it’s sometimes easier said than done but I find taking control in a helpless situation helps. Maybe try tracking ovulation this time - our bodies change and what works for someone may not work for someone else and similarly what worked before may not work now. It’s all trial and error. You’ll be alright hun I feel you xx

Disheartened with my ovulation strips, we are doing SMEP and all fine on DTD front just need to know ovulation. I don't get any cramping etc. Might just assume it's day 14 as it was pre-baby and after I came off another pill. If we DTD 14, 15, 16 and 18. Then if ovulation strips do show positive on say 17 (typical!) Or another day then can DTD based on that. Yes it's tiring but we really want this.

CD13, flashing smiles, no sign of EWCM yet. Hoping it’s day 17 as most frequently and then the “trying” part will be over, there’s so much pressure.
I am quite overwhelmed with lots of stuff in life at the moment so really trying to reframe mindset from TTC being something that’s anxiety and worry inducing to hope and excitement.

Thank you @Sunch. I think lots of us are going through the same cycles of hope and disappointment each month. I'm going to buy the clear blue digital tests ready for next month and I think it will help my mindset, knowing that I'm being proactive. Just thinking that I could have been DTD at the wrong time each month when I'm not even sure what day i ovulate!

It sounds like you only have a few more days left until you can relax a bit 🤞 I know what you mean though… the pressure of TTC on top of everything else in life can feel like a lot!

I thought I was going to peak today but I don’t think i’ve reached it yet (lh level only 0.89 which isn’t high enough for me) so feeling in the same boat.

You worded it perfectly “cycles of hope and disappointment” but we are getting closer with each cycle 😊.

This time I don’t think I’ll test before AF is well and truly late. TWW is super difficult but it’s a worse feeling when I test too early and the result is negative. Imma just wait for AF to come, if she comes she comes and if she doesn’t then hooray. Fingers crossed for all of us😮‍💨♥️

It would be so nice to go into the new year in bloom.
