Anyone having some odd stuff going on with discharge? Had EWCM two days ago, great, matched up with ovulation. Yesterday a bit creamy which is normal after ovulation then I’m usually dry till my period but today loads of watery kind of sticky stuff. I had this with pregnant with my daughter but surely far too early for anything like that as egg won’t even be implanted if it’s fertilised, and that’s a big if obviously. Trying not to read in to it but it’s hard when you’re symptom spotting.

WestiesAreMyBesties · 05/12/2024 09:24

Going for our second IUI this month.
The first one (back in September) ended in a chemical pregnancy so here's hoping it sticks this time.
I started on Ovaleap injections last night which is a first for us. Last time I took Leprozole, but we want to boost our chances this time around.
Fingers crossed!!!

Hello Sarah, according to what I have charted this cycle, I had some creamy discharge on 2 dpo, sticky on 3 and 4 dpo, watery on 8 dpo and yesterday (9 dpo) hubby and I dtd and I was suuuuuuuper dry down there, I've never been so dry my entire life 😅 usually I'm really wet lubricative while dtd, it doesn't matter when in my cycle. But yes, yesterday was weird.. but maybe my info does not help with BFP yet cause I still don't have one, I just got a vvvvvvvvvvvvfl today morning.. but could also be an evap line

Mammyplease · 05/12/2024 09:34

Hi everyone congrats on the BFP's and sending baby dust all round ✨.
Jumping on after a BFN last month and what's looking like another today. I don't know what's going on with my cycles (but fairly certain it's age related I'm 40 now 😢) , they were always 28 days, the last three have been around 31/32 days.. I got my period today, day 25 🙁 totally unexpected. At least I'll get another shot before the year is out, So TTC #2 Cycle day- One, testing- around New years Eve.

Sunch · 05/12/2024 10:15

Morning ladies,

CD26, can feel AF lurking, due on Sunday. Trying to think positively but I don’t know, think I may be out of the game this cycle.

Oh no that’s not good about the dryness! We’ve not dtd since Sunday so not sure what it’s like in that department 🙈 I’m going to keep an eye on it. I was playing with my daughter this morning and she was moving about on me and my nipples we’re super sensitive but I’m sure it’s just hormones as really don’t think I’d be getting any symptoms at all at this point as I’m only 2 or 3 DPO.

blackberryhill · 05/12/2024 10:28

Morning all!

@KT199 congratulations!

@Marie1990x - only my first cycle but had no issues whatsoever with the letrozole which was a relief. I took it before bed as heard that that can help minimise feeling side effects. Aside from one random 14 day cycle in June, I have no reason to believe I'm not ovulating regularly (regular cycles of 22 - 25 days, positive OPKs followed by BBT rise) but I have always had a short luteal phase and lower than optimal Day 7 progesterone bloods, so was advised to try letrozole to help me 'ovulate better', for want of a better word.

10DPO today and unusually for me no drop in BBT yet, holding steady at around the same level it's been since 6PDO. Also unusually, no spotting yet and my heart rate seems to be running higher than usual (between 70 - 80bpm at the moment just sitting at my desk, usually it's between 55 - 60bpm). I'm also (TMI) a bit constipated. Not allowing myself to get too optimistic as could just be the effects of the letrozole, but feels like a positive change one way or another?

Good morning ladies! So I need eye lines 😂😂 I planned to start testing on 10 dpo if AF did not show before so I began testing today.. and I swear I see the faintest vvvvvvvvvfl of the world.. but according to my eyes it is there 🥹 but I have never done HPT cause AF always showed really early... so I am trying not to get excited and wait until tomorrow or this evening to test again.. I also did a LH strip (that I ready that if pregnant might also get dark) and it is pretty dark.. I attached the picture of both strips to see if you see something (in the pic I can't see anything but in person I swear I see a mini line 🥲).

Thanks a lot and baby dust to all of us ✨

I see what you're seeing! Hope it gets darker for you!

pcbrb · 05/12/2024 11:13

Girls, I of course caved and did a SMU test and now I can see the line better 😭😭😭 I can't believe it.. I am afraid to get excited and then it is a CP or something... but now I can defo say there is a second line.. and pink... but I'll wait until it get a little bit darker to get excited... but if it all develops well, yes, what a nice Christmas present 😭♥️

Ah, how exciting! Of course the uncertainty is always scary and it's normal to want to guard yourself, but the mantra I tried to live by when I was in that early limbo place was 'Today, I am pregnant". Hope that line progression helps to give you some comfort ❤

Thank you @Marie1990x ! X

@Kateb149 I am going private. I have a gynaecologist that I go to for my annual check up and cervical screenings, so I prefer to have the same doctor.

She also knows my endocrinologist, so it feels like a more holistic approach / team effort.

Ah that makes sense, and good that you’ve used them in the past so they know you and your history ☺️ I’d definitely feel like I could trust them!

I think we’ll end up going private but it’s so hard to know which ones are good. We’d also like to get a SA done but not sure where to start 😅

MyGardenDaisies · 05/12/2024 11:44

@Kateb149 Yes, I am in the UK but do all doctors privately in my home country, as private there is much more affordable and quicker to access, and things like blood tests / SA can be done without booking and you get results in your email same day.

We have one child that we had no issues conceiving, so I'm hopeful it's gonna happen at some point soon in the average time frame, but it gives me peace of mind to do a pelvic ultrasound and blood tests.
I might convince DP to do SA 😄

We are copies, remember? This is also my cycle #4 and I have this short LP... so who know if this is your month too 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼and in my case, it's not a definite thing, I'll wait to see a line progression, to see a positive in a digital and to see if it sticks.. but until all that happens, I'll just try to be happy 🥰

pcbrb · 05/12/2024 11:47

@blackberryhill thanks for your comforting words and I like your mantra of "today I am pregnant 😍" so I'll try to apply it!

That’s amazing, it sounds like you get really good service with them!

I’m sure it will ☺️ I know how you feel though, even though it says it can take up to a year I didn’t expect to be part of the statistic where it takes 11-12 months 😅

I hope you get on well and the results are positive 🤞 excuse the pun!

@Sunch thanks 😊

Hey ladies!! Hope everyone's doing ok! There's so much activity in here now it's hard to keep up! So nice to see some BFPs coming through though 🥰

I'm 4DPO today and weirdly time isn't going as slow as the last couple of TWWs. I think it's helping that I'm quite busy at the moment with work and all kinds!! And looking to next week I'm not even sure I'm going to be able to tempted to test early! I've got date day with hubby on sat (last few drinks I'm going to allow myself and hopefully be the last for 9 months 🤞🏼), play date on Sunday for my little boy, dinner with a friend on Monday and then I'm in London for work tues/weds and in our MCR office on Thursday so will likely be Friday (12DPO) before I even get a second to think about it! Hopefully I'll be having symptoms by then!

Speaking of symptoms... I've been having cramps on my lower left side on and off since yesterday. Weird for 3DPO and never had anything like this before. I'm not reading anything into it as there's no way it's pregnancy related... our bodies are weird aren't they?!

Ahh I’m 4dpo too, nice to have a dpo buddy!

I wish my schedule was that busy to keep me from testing 😂. I know I’ll cave by Monday!
