Hertility Blood Collection

Has anyone sent off a Hertility sample that wasn’t at the full 1.0 line? By the time I got the hang of the best method of collecting it all my lancets were gone and it was torture trying to get it all from the one finger. I reckon I got about 0.8 of the way up. If it’s failed I won’t bother with it again, a lot easier just to go to the doctor.

Yes I have and it was fine. Ideally you want the full thing but they took mine. They might just ask you to try again if not?
personally I preferred doing Hertility than GP because the GP didn’t do any kind of analysis and the reference ranges were really broad, whereas Hertility do an analysis and have reference ranges and explanations that I found helpful.
I’ve done a few home blood retrievals and it does take some practice!

Oh I will not be trying again, I wasted half the morning on it, trying to get it done before the courier came, late for work…nightmare!😂 Not to mention my fingers are so sore! But thank you, I hope it was enough as I’m looking forward to the analysis.
