I'm currently having an early loss at 4 + 3 and I honestly feel gutted as it has taken a few months to get here. Feeling sore and very upset, is there a certain amount of time I need to wait before trying again? Anyone else going through the same thing.. 😥

Not sure if this is helpful.

This was me last month. Conceived this month surprisingly quickly.

Still early v days but hoping for the best.

The chemical really knocked me back in a way I didn't expect. Once I started bleeding I began moving on mentally but that might not be the same for all.

Sorry this has happened to you x

Hi OP, sorry to hear you’re going through this - I had a chemical in December 2022, didn’t even get a period again before getting pregnant in January 2023 and that pregnancy is now a healthy 13 month old!

So sorry OP.

I had a chemical two years ago; had been trying for 6 months and was so gutted to be brought back down to earth so quickly. I did take some hope from it though - if you have had a positive pregnancy test, then sperm has met egg, and it means that some common ferility issues are less likely (e.g. anovulation, low sperm count).

You can try again as soon as you feel ready. I ovulated around 20 days after my loss (slightly later than normal), and successfully conceived my son, now 14 months.

Take care of yourself 💐
