Have bled twice in the past 3 weeks post coming off mini pill, implantation bleeding?

As the title says, i've just come off the mini pill on the 29th of September so we could ttc. I had a very light bleed from the 20th - 24th of October which i thought could be my withdrawal bleed and expected an acual period in the next 2 weeks or so. I noticed light pink discharge yesterday evening but nothing this morning only to find a small amount of very bright red blood this evening. I've done a small bit of research as i'm quite confused as to what the bleeds could be. So far i've seen that they could be hormonal adjustments, linked to coming off the pill, withdrawal bleeding, or implantation bleeding.

I'm not sure whether I should see my GP in case something is wrong or leave it a few more days and take a pregnancy test, any thoughts?

I'd leave it a week and take a pregnancy test just in case. But it can take a few months for your body to adjust to coming off the pill and random spotting isn't uncommon. They tend to say wait 6months and if still randomly bleeding then see the gp

Thanks for your advice! I've started bleeding again this afternoon but with cramps this time. I usually have cramps for days before my normal period so i'm now super confused. I'll wait until day 5 of bleeding assuming its a normal period and if it doesn't stop by then i'll ask for an appointment.
