We have reached 500 posts in the part 1 thread already and we are only a third of the way through November!! Starting a new thread here.

4dpo and the TWW is dragging!!! I find it so hard to concentrate 😂 can it just hurry up and be 9dpo and I can dip the bloody stick in my wee 😂

Don’t count yourself out I didn’t get a positive test with my DD until my period was a week late and that was a squinter of a line ! I also have sore boobs which I never get pre at so hopefully it’s a good sign for us !

I'm constantly hearing how people got faintlines from 11dpo etc and it's very discouraging lol

Being a week late I would’ve been 20/21dpo and I know when I ovulated ! I must have just implanted late , but my DD was always measuring small, when I was 6 weeks I was measuring 3/4 weeks even though I know exactly when I ovulated , the women body is crazy!!! X

For anyone thinking they’re out , this was my test with my DD a WEEK late for AF. The first photo you can hardly even see the line unless you really squint and the second photo was the morning after !

I feel like cramps coming on. I also have a sore left nipple?! I just feel very negative- pun intended.

Although I did check the earliest date I could do a digital ultra early on clear blue, and it said tomorrow, so doing one on Tuesday was stupidly early.

I'm getting so frustrated and confused about my cycle - I had lower back pain and cramping but then this has eased off and I'm questioning myself thinking did I let my 14 month old breastfeed too much that day so my progesterone has been affected, so I was then thinking if I was pregnant then maybe now I'm not. Am I being rational? Probably not but I have no idea.

Honestly it's ridiculous. I'm not even sure when I ovulated, I had all the signs but can't be sure as the last bleed I had was from an early MC. Then I did a pregnancy test (not a sensitive one) and it was negative. So stressful. Looking at my calendar though and I don't think AF is due until the 23rd because if when I started bleeding and I tested yesterday so probably too early LOL.

Am I ok? I sound absolutely bonkers...

I feel like what you just wrote is what my thoughts are like whenever i’m in the TWW 😅 so please don’t think you sound bonkers! It’s impossible not to have all of these thoughts when we’re trying to know our bodies and track what’s happening.

if AF isn’t due until 23rd i’d definitely just try and keep busy to take your mind off things. PMS and pregnancy symptoms are so similar and so different for everyone so I feel like you will never know for sure until you get a BFP or AF arrives.

Everyone keeps telling me to stop thinking about it but it’s so much easier said than done isn’t it 🤦🏼‍♀️ x

It definitely is the longest time waiting to test - someone on here had a really positive way of looking at it and instead of counting how many dpo you are start counting down the days until you can test/AF due - so I have tried to do this and it’s taking the edge off the anxiety. I have also tried to stay busy with anything other than symptom spot or google. I have come to the realisation that during the TWW there is nothing I can do to change the outcome so I may as well get on with Christmas shopping which is a nice distraction this time of year - and the positive is I’m already more than half way through week one :)

How's everyone doing? Sorry for everyone who had an unwelcome AF this month... And congratulations everyone who had their BFP!

I love that even when it can feel negative and impossible you see on here that it is possible and it does happen!

I'm 14dpo today and can you believe I haven't tested yet! Earlier in the month we were all joking on this thread - and I somehow managed not to, one day at a time...

But! I'm going to test tomorrow. AF is due tomorrow - no full on sign of her yet but have had the odd cramp (in my head?) and earlier when I went to the loo the tiniest bit of pink discharge. So that's kept my grounded - could very well be AF on her way in. Think I'll test tomorrow at 15dpo and it should give a BFP a fair chance of showing if it is my month, and otherwise I'll just wait for AF to arrive with her dusty old bags packed and bad attitude.

Who's with me at 14/15 DPO? If so - have you tested yet or are you holding out? X

Not quite, 11 dpo, just caved and tested - bfn. Feeling like my period is coming. Well done on your willpower!

AF just arrived with full force including cramps that woke me up at 4am... I got pregnant first time with DD, and followed OPKs this month so I had high hopes... not going to be easy this time then! Getting older is a b**ch

After various mild symptoms from 5dpo, I decided to do an easy @ home test today at 8dpo. I know it's too early for a clear result but there's a shadow of a line so feeling cautiously optimistic. Going to save my FRERs for the next couple of days when the result is hopefully clearer. Feeling remarkably calm at the moment just waiting to see what comes of it. Husband far more excited.

10dpo today TTC cycle 1, AF due on weds next week and I am regular with 28 day cycles. Had light brown discharge yesterday and today, very light though only when wiping. Trying to hold off on testing but have some FRER arriving tomorrow so I might cave if AF doesn't arrive early! I've never experienced spotting before AF, normally arrives in full flow so hoping this is a good sign!
I've been lurking in the shadows on a few threads waiting to see if any of my symptoms (although I'm probably symptom spotting!) match up before joining, very much a newbie to all of this!!

Morning all, I've been hanging around in the background but found I was becoming a bit obsessive with it so stopped looking on Mumsnet.

Just wanted to share my bit of news 🥰 I'm in my third cycle of trying for my first baby, 31 years old (32 next month). AF is 2 days late so took a test this morning and I'm ecstatic to say it's positive. I don't really have any symptoms except possibly a heightened sense of smell. I will do a digital on Monday.

I was another lucky one falling first time with DS! Now on my third cycle trying for our second, so I now appreciate how lucky we were. I know it's still early days!
