Delayed symptoms after taking levonorgestrel

On the 1st my partner and I had a condom split, I took levonorgestrel within 8 hours of sex, would've been sooner but I couldn't get to boots before then.
It was apparently peak ovulation day according to my flo app, which I know isn't that accurate for ovulation, but it's been very accurate on my period calculation.

Anyway apart from having a day where my entire body ached, which I just assumed was because he wasn't well for a couple of days. I've had no symptoms from taking MAP. Until yesterday where I've felt like I'm going to throw up all day, and light spotting today.
Is it normal for side effects from MAP to take this long to manifest, or should I start being concerned it's not worked?

Obviously it's still too early to test being 7DPO thereabouts.
I've been pregnant 3 times before and didn't get spotting at any time, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it just means the levonorgestrel has worked.
