Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice or to see if anyone has had a similar experience. I stopped taking Rigevidon three weeks ago after my usual 7-day break, and since then, I’ve been having unprotected sex with my husband.
My period (or the break bleed I usually get) should be due around now, but nothing has come yet. I took a pregnancy test, but it was negative. I also had a small bleed/spotting after sex last night, but there’s been nothing since then.
I downloaded the Flo app, and it says it might still be too early to test, but I’m so confused! Has anyone else experienced anything like this after stopping the pill? I’m not sure if it’s just my body adjusting or if it could mean something else. Any advice or similar experiences would be really appreciated.
Thanks so much!

It could be your body adjusting or the pill could have been hiding other issues. When I came off the pill I think my first cycles were 47 and 43 days long (although the following year I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which could have been the cause). If you'd like to have some handle of what may be going on, try taking your BBT each morning and/or ovulation tests, which will help you work out when to expect AF. Good luck!

Hey, I stopped my pill a few months back and it took me a while to get back into a regular cycle. I had a withdrawal bleed and then my first cycle was 23 days and then the next was 31. I'm on cycle 3 now and fertility friend is predicting a 27 day cycle which is what I had prior to being on birth control before. I've stopped birth control before and found it's taken a good few cycles before I got back into a regular cycle for me. Hope that helps!
