I try to get the gym a few times a week. But just wondering if there was any exercises or workouts that I should be doing to help with TTC - or any I should be avoiding. Or does it not make any difference?

Hey, i think excessive exercises that put your body on stress are to be avoided! Im no expert but this is what i heard when i was looking for an answer, many shift to yoga, pilate and walks but if you are very disciplined with your work out i think you dont need to make a huge change. Many pol continue to workout even if they are pregnant.

I found my HIIT, running and yoga absolutely crucial when TTC - I was on the most intense schedule when I got pregnant with my daughter. Exercise makes everything work better, and relieves stress. Important not to exhaust yourself but if you’re an experienced gym goer, you know what pushing yourself too hard and then being down with fatigue or massive soreness feels like. Avoid that and you’re good. x
