Hi, I am new here and have never posted before. I am hoping for some advice of someone in a similar situation and to hear some success stories.

Last year my partner found he has low sperm count 6 mil, low morphology and low motility. 1 year on after taking

Omega free
Proxceed plus
Vit D
Ubiquonol
Well man suppliments
Fenugreek ( temp used)
Maca ( temp used)

We have re tested and found the spern count has not improved, motility and morpholpgy have declined a little. Mioxsys test was done and has showed high levels of ORP which indicated high levels of oxadive stress and potential infection.

We are losing hope and patience, and can not see how this problem will be solved. We are currently waiting on results for the DNA fragment test to come back which is likley to show poor results too

Has anyone been in a similar situation where suppliments have not helped?? Where do we go from here? My partner doesnt smoke or drink, and he eats healthy. Please if someone is able to shed some light or share some success stories??

I am worried about goung for iVF as the chances of it being successful are low due to the results

ICSI IVF involves them sifting through a sample for the best few and literally injecting one into each egg. Could be a good option if decent diet and a year of antioxidant based supplements haven't resulted in an improvement.

You are right to be engaging with specialists.

You need to do ICSI IVF. That's what we did.

Thank you so much for your responses i really appreciate it

I am on the list for ICSI but im worried will sperm with dna damage and high levels of oxidation put the baby at an increased risk of developing problems? Im worried sick with knowing whether to contniue with the icsi or hold fire until the issue itself has been resolved, thats if it can be resolved. X
