I am going on holiday to Singapore and koh Samui at the same time as I want to either be pregnant (early) or start conceiving. I planned this trip a while ago, ie before I knew this would be what I want!
a couple of questions
singapore I know has quite a low zika rate and when there are outbreaks then it’s well contained. Thailand however I’m not sure how well managed this is. I see on CDC there are no outbreaks at the moment. Would you feel comfortable to go to either destination whilst pregnant? I just want to gauge what others would do, I will make my own mind up!
Also has anyone done a zika antibody test post return from holiday? You have to wait 2-3 months after the zika trip before conceiving but can do a test 2 weeks after.
