Pain on one side that wasn’t an ectopic?

Has anyone had this ?
I’ve already had an ectopic 2 years ago and was trying for 18 months before that and no luck since. This month I have pain on the side I had the ectopic (I’m only 5dpo) but it feels similar (I knew I had an ectopic before it was confirmed and I was sent away the first time as they saw I ovulated on the right side but I was having pain in my left tube)

Im just wondering can pain be anything else ? Perhaps where I ovulated ? I’m worried about another ectopic

I had one sided pain when pregnant with my daughter last year, I had an early scan and they can check which ovary you ovulated from and mine was that side so I’m assuming that explained the pain x

I’m really hoping it’s just that 🤞 I’m so anxious
