Conception date?

Please don’t judge me and slight TMI.

So partner 1 and partner 2 were exactly 4 weeks apart. Partner 1 never ‘completed the deed’ while partner 2 did twice. I had a 7 day period between the both of them exactly when I was expecting to. The due date given by the 12 week scan was one day different from what was estimated by LMP and my latest growth scan indicated 3 days difference from due date.

Someone has told me that there is still a chance the baby could be partner 1’s. Given the dates, will a paternity test be necessary?

When is your due date? I believe you count back 38 weeks from due date and that will tell you approx xonception date :)

Given that you had a normal period between partners I'd say it's partner 2
Whose do you want it to be ? Xx

That all adds up, I’m just worried the due date could be wrong

Partner 2 but apparently you can still bleed when you’re pregnant xx

Due date from your 12 week scan is the most accurate, count back 38 weeks from that.

Even if it's a couple of days out, it wouldn't be a whole 4 weeks out

I only have a sample size of two but both of my 12 week scans have been within two days of when I ovulated. Which is quite accurate for me. I ovulated late both times (10 days and 4 days late) as well so it’s not like they just used my lmp it was based on the measurements and I tracked ovulation.

So count due date back 38 weeks for estimated ovulation. You can have sex -5 up to +1 of the ovulation. So it’s almost a week. Plus the handful of days it might be out by. It wouldn’t reach 4 weeks difference though.

I would be very surprise if your date was so far off. And you had periods after the option1 anyway so I think you have nothing to worry about.
