Ovulation stick help!

Hello - TTC baby number 2! Using ovulation sticks for the first time and wondering if this is normal, I don’t seem to have had a strong peak? My periods are slightly irregular with some cycles lasting a few days/1 week longer but they come every month.

sorry if I’m being a complete idiot but had the luck of coming off the pill and falling straight away last time!

If I was looking at the tests alone (without the 'low' on right) I would think you ovulated around day 14. When I was testing I did so around 2pm as I read that was better than morning. I often didn't get the second line as dark as the control even though I was ovulating. When my periods arrived I would go back on my pics to see if my darkest line was about 14 days before to understand my cycle better so I could estimate better next time.

Agree with previous poster, it’s often advised to test twice a day before ovulation as often peaks in afternoon and you can miss it if you don’t test for second time. I reckon if you had it would have shown peak that afternoon Smile

You could well have missed a peak on CD13 as you don’t have any tests that day. Your CD14 test could be on the way down from a peak. As the others have said, try to test twice a day if you can!

Thanks so much that’s very helpful - I’ll test 2xday in my next cycle 😊
