I'm just going to tag you guys here just in case you want to check in every now and then. I'm
aware that so many of us are at different stages of our journeys now 🥹. I hope everybody is doing well wherever you may be on yours xx

@Supertrooper101 oh well that makes sence about implantation because I sure did feel it with this one. She said it's not big and not to worry so I'm not. Xx

@Jadeypie @supertrooper101 Just got back, heartbeat still there, I honestly can't believe it, they said there's a bleed on left of uterus and sac is on right so hopefully won't affect each other 🤞 I've got nhs scan tomo so will try to find out more then and hopefully will all still be OK x

@Paws4thought really plsd to see this! I think these bleeds happen more than ppl realise as somerimes you dont actually bleed with them, it just heals itself. I bet your so releived 🙂
@Jadeypie i had mine measured each week only cos i had weekly scans. Then one scan, poooffff , it was no where to be seen lol

Oh @Paws4thought what a day you have had! So pleased to see everything was well. I wonder if they will suggest more regular scans with EPAU when you see them tomorrow to monitor the growth of it.

your 12 week scan then?

I’ve still not called EPAU about mine, I don’t know why i’m nervous to do it. I think it’s the thought of being back in there 😟
I don’t feel very pregnant the past day or so and I am worried somethings happened.

@Paws4thought oh wonderful news!!! sounds like you've got what I have aswell and hopefully they might monitor it for you. I would push them too say how anxious it's making you. But delighted to see this xx

@xxcxdonxx i hyped myself up that nothing had changed so was delighted when I saw how much little blob had grown. Also, these early symptoms can come and go yesterday. I felt like normal, but today, I feel like the tiredness has hit me like a tonne of bricks. Xx

Morning ladies, a little update from me. I went for a private scan last night as I’d got myself really worked up and thankfully everything looks great. The lady was so kind and understanding about the trauma of previous losses.
I’m measuring about 9 weeks which is consistently about a week behind so all good and little baby was moving and kicking about all over the place. It was the best £55 I’ve ever spent 🥰

@xxcxdonxx awww i don't blame you it's just nothing but worry and what ifs. So happy you got your reassurance and baby's happy and snug 🥰

I don't know how I'm going to last till 12 weeks without checking I'll probably do the same and get a scan about 9 weeks. I woke up with bad nausea this morning so that was a positive sign for me. I also booked with the midwife yesterday I was scared of doing that but needed to remind myself this is a new pregnancy and to be positive x x

I'm only catching up ladies, what a rollercoaster of a last few days for you all @Paws4thought @xxcxdonxx and @Jadeypie I'm so happy to hear of all the positive updates xx

Thanks ladies, I’d never been for a private scan before but it was a lovely experience.

I felt the same about seeing the midwife @Jadeypie as if it was going to jinx it, when are you booked in?

Let us know how you get on today @Paws4thought , I don’t blame you for booking in again, waiting till 12 weeks is torture!

@Sez281 how long were you on pessaries for? I’ve just realised mine says until 12 weeks but I had in my head the norm was 16?

@xxcxdonxx i think I'm going to book a scan for in a few weeks. I feel in limbo atm, nausea has fully kicked in which I'm taking as a good sign. But wow my sleep is shocking already and I'm up at half 4 every bloody day!! I've not heard from the midwife yet so maybe Monday they will ring with appointments ect, if not I will ring them xx

Scan was good today, measuring 7+5 so a day ahead and all looking as it should so far! Going to try to stay positive now as I'm a week further than the last 3 times!
@xxcxdonxx my pessaries are prescribed until 16 weeks, think it just depends on your consultant.
@Jadeypie no symptoms makes you worry but the symptoms make you feel rubbish, can't win haha x

@Paws4thought awww, that's great! Bet that's brought some relief it's mad how they can grow extra days too isn't it. I'm glad you feel like you can start to be positive and so you should!

And as for symptoms, I'm sick unless I'm eating my boobs wow and I've been tiny tears today, so for today, symptoms are symtoming hahahhah xx

Really good to hear all your updates 🙂...@jadypie... i remember the sickness well! Had to eat carbs to calm it lol wonder if its a little girl brewing 🙂 think my pessaries were either to 12 weeks and wean off and stop at 16 or till 16 and i weaned off. Not sure which.

I came off mine at 12 weeks as my consultants view was that there's no need after that point but as somebody else says I think every practice is different

I'm so happy to hear of all the positive stories @xxcxdonxx @Jadeypie @Paws4thought I also remember the sickness all too well 🥴 Of course it's totally worth it!

@Supertrooper101 and @Westy22 hope your little ones are doing ok?

We're in Spain for the month, Sophie is being a little trooper even with all the travelling and change of locations. Dreading going home to reality!

We celebrated Ovies half Birthday on Friday with some lovely pics and cake 😂 very extra but I love anything like this ❤️

@Supertrooper101 no i was crying yesterday over food because the only time i don't feel sick is if I'm snacking hahaha I never cry either my dp is like 🙄 haha.

@Sez281 oh what I would do to be somewhere on holiday!! Tbf the weather is going to be nice this week little man's pools out warming up in the sun.

@Westy22 oh iver never seen this 1/2 birthday before. What r you like haha it goes so so quick! Don't blame you making the most of everything.

When i had my first we was in lock down. I got signed off work and got to lie in my pit for the whole 1st trimester but this time I'm in work and a 4 year old. I keep thinking how am I gona hide this already had a colleague comment on me looking grey the other morning hahah. Also the bloat I don't remember this and I think I'll showing so much sooner than my last x x

Oh @Paws4thought , that’s huge milestone! Being told everything looked good at 6 weeks was wild to me, I’d always had bad news around that time.

Thanks everyone, that’s interesting about the pessaries. I double checked my letter this morning and it definitely was 12 weeks so if all is good at my scan I’ll feel ok to come
off them. I won’t miss the mess 😩

I thought I was getting past the nausea @Jadeypie but I felt so ill after we got a takeaway last night and the bloating was insane.

Have you guys told anyone yet? I’m in that awkward feeling stage when it feels like you are lying to everyone. My mum called the other day to ask if I was ok as I looked really tired and I had to make something up. I couldn’t face giving them any more bad news so haven’t told them yet!

Oh @Sez281 that sounds so dreamy, being away for that length of time is so chilled I imagine as there is no rush to do it all in a week or two.

@xxcxdonxx yeh I've told close family and friends I need their support also it's nice to be able to talk to them about things. Oh ive also told my boss because I refuse to be doing the heavy load stuff in work and couldn't be bothered to lie about a sore back ect ha. Xx

@xxcxdonxx @Paws4thought how are you too feeling?

My sickness has took over completely walking round with these sea bands on convincing myself they work (not sure they do) but they ain't coming off hahaha.

@Westy22 how did you cope in work in the 1st trimester? I work in retail too. With my first I wasn't allowed to work so I'm find it hard this time with how sick I am xx

I didnt get any sickness at all really @Jadeypie maybe once or twice I felt a bit of nausea but that's it..so was quite lucky really!

@Paws4thought @xxcxdonxx hope your both okay? Xx

Hey @Jadeypie I’m doing ok thanks. I’ve still got a bit of nausea but it’s definitely lifting and I am starting to feel more ‘normal’. I am so bloated though, I feel like I’m in the stage of not having a bump but have started to put on weight. I could have easily booked another scan this week just to help with the anxiety but I held off.

Oh no, it sounds bad! Have you found anything to help? Eating always made me feel a bit better, that’s probably why I’m so bloated right enough 🤣

How are you managing at work?

@xxcxdonxx I've told everyone that knew before which includes most my team at work, friends and family, I figure I'll need support if things don't go smoothly. How are you?
@Jadeypie poor you with the sickness, could you not take some time off? my symptoms are really minimal, I only feel sick if get too hungry so I just snack all day haha so tired though!

I had a scan yesterday and measuring 8+2, they said everything is looking fine, bleed still visible but not changed. They won't scan any more unless I have more spotting which seems to have stopped the last 2 days so I'm going to see how I go and what date for 12 week scan is and maybe book a private scan for in 2 weeks time :)

Oh @Paws4thought I hadn’t realised that you were still spotting, what a stressful time. Brilliant news that everything is on track and fingers crossed that’s the last of it now xx

@xxcxdonxx how many weeks are you again? I feel like I've only just landed in the sickness trenches and waiting for the worst I'm 7 weeks. All the food I'm snacking on is making me super bloated I had to keep my jacket closed in work yesterday 🙃 xx
