When am I 1dpo?

This might seem like a silly question but when am I classed as 1dpo? Today or tomorrow?

So CD17 I’d consider 1dpo so today x

I was confused whether peaking at 1am yesterday was classed as ovulation yesterday or today.

We DTD Wednesday, Friday, Yesterday morning and this morning hope that is enough to catch this month 😬

I might be wrong but isn't ovulation estimated to be 1 day after the peak? So I'd say CD17 is ovulation for you, then CD18 is 1DPO. The Premom app says 1DPO for me is 48 hours after I had my peak.

24 - 36 hours after peak is when ovulation can occur. would really recommend BBT testing or blood test to know you've ovulated for sure as you can still peak and fail to ovulate xx

Thanks. I'm only on cycle #3 of TTC #1 so haven't reached the stage of blood tests yet. I am checking my BBT though. This is how it is looking

@SarahFlower ah perfect! it looks like it's going up so that's a fab sign youve ovulated! an app which is really good to use to input your bbt in is called Fertility Friend, its a little more accurate and will tell you the right DPO as I find some can be hit and miss xx
