Which ovulation test is correct?

Hi, I had one positive Internet cheapie ovulation test. I then retested with two more and they were negative.

I then tested with a clearblue ovulation test and it revealed a flashing smiley.

Can ovulation tests give a false positive lh reading?

I think there’s so much dye bleed you’d have to discount the cheapie.
