First of all I will say I do have pcos , although I've never had any issue using LH tests in the past and I've used them for years. They've always been accurate. Once I've risen above 0.50 on my cheapies , I've always ovulated later that day or the following day, and then my lh would decrease again. Every cycle my lh followed the same pattern.
I've been tracking my cycle now again ttc number 2, and nothing unusual about those cycles. They were perfect.
This month I'm currently cycle day 42 and I haven't ovulated . This is the longest cycle I've had since birth.
I usually get strong ovulation pain also.
For the past 5 days my lh has been alot higher than usual for consecutive days ( unusual) Today its 0.63 and its been going on for 5 days now. I tend to go no higher than .30 - low 40 non ovulating. Yesterday I started bleeding which lasted a few hours , just light bleeding. I thought how have I completely missed ovulation, but just assumed I had and this was now my period however it stopped after few hours after I removed the tampon there wasn't much blood on it and I'm still clear everytime I wipe now.
Has anyone experienced this?
