Early signs or period coming on? How do you stay sane?!

9/10 DPO, think I ovulated overnight on 8th October 😆

Tests are negative but I’ve had left sided twinges and cramps all week, really bloated tonight and my boobs are sore and heavy.

I can’t distinguish between unusual period symptoms or implantation?

Period is due 22nd/23rd, don’t usually get sore boobs and get horrendous cramps as I have endo but they don’t normally start til the day of. Feel like I’m going mad symptom spotting! First month trying properly with cycle tracking etc.

@mspotatocake I've had a very similar experience and just wondering what the outcome was? Had sore boobs and twinges but tests neg. Usually get cramps a few hours before my period so they seemed like different symptoms to me

In both my pregnancies, my earliest symptoms were just exactly the same as if AF was about to arrive (with sore boobs the day my period was due).

In fact, the months where I had so many sure fire pregnancy symptoms and convinced myself I was pregnant, I wasn't. The 2 times I easily wrote that cycle off as just felt normal, I turned out to be pregnant
