Trying to conceive - pains

Hi there. I’m hoping someone out there will see this and possibly been through the same. I’ve been trying to conceive for over 6 months now. Myself and my husband are healthy, no underlying health conditions and I’ve always had regular healthy periods. I understand we are still early in our journey but at the 6 month mark we started to look into things as if there’s something wrong I want to get to the bottom of it. My husband has got back his sperm test and all is clear. I’ve started getting bloods and will be getting an ultra sound in November. My main concern is the pains I’ve been getting for the last few months - they start around the end of my period and continue until a few days after ovulation is over. They are in my lower abdomen and can be at either side - I describe it as a “cyst” type pain. Sometimes it gets worse if I’m full (like pressure against it) or after exercising (aerobic exercises where I left and bend my knees and it just tinges a bit) the pain is never a lot just uncomfortable. It doesn’t hurt during sex or anything like that. It only begin a few months ago (I wondered was the cyst caused by increased sexual activity since trying to conceive) A lot of the signs online point to endo - my acupuncturist doesn’t think I have it and I think it would be unusual to not have had any symptoms all my life. It’s been here for two cycles now. I feel in my gut I need something to clear it before we will conceive (just one of those gut feelings) My doctor put me down for bloods and ultrasound to investigate and didn’t say much more so we booked the ultrasound privately. It’s still a few weeks away. I know it’s a very very long shot but I’m having no luck googling anything that matches my situation so if anyone’s been through the same or has any thoughts I’d really appreciate it. Thank you ❤️

Hey

I can't comment on what it is but could it be possible that you're only noticing the pain now as you are conscious of your cycle? I've noticed so many things about my body I never have before while TTC.

On a separate note, you can get pain around ovulation which for me starts a little twinges on one side of my abdomen from around cycle day 8 and by cycle day 12-16 it's more or a light cramp in the side I'm ovulating.
