Hi, my girlfriend took a pregnancy test last night forgot to look at it and woke up this morning with the test showing these results. Just wondering if anybody has an idea what it might be?

I would disregard this test, the line looks thin like an evap 😕 for peace of mind maybe test again tomorrow morning and best of luck 😊
