i wonder if anyone is able to share there stories or advise, I have had my second round of letrozole cycle and knew when I ovulated. I am currently 13dpo used Frer test this morning with a BFN

i have had some mild cramping in my lower tummy the last couple of days but today it’s seemed to of disappeared! I have had no other symptoms

unfortunately I suffered from a miscarriage in July that was my first letrozole cycle - the only signs I can remember before getting my bfp was my boobs were so sore!

do you think I still have some hope of getting my bfp? 🤞🏻😞

What level of letrozole are you taking and are you being monitored with ultrasounds? I had to up my dose twice to get a cycle when I ovulated so got my bfp on the third try. Even if you are out this cycle, there's still lots of hope!

@CrispAppleStrudels I am on 2.5mg I had ultrasounds to confirm ovulation it was looking perfect shall we say!
Not that it makes a difference but because I have pcos this cycle has been quite longer
I am on cd39!
do you think maybe I’m testing to early?
the company which has been helping me said if I don’t af or get my bfp by this weekend I will need to go on northisterone tablets Monday to start triggering my next period (sorry tmi)

Did they also do a blood test about 7 days after ovulation to check your hormones also confirmed ovulation? Even with the letrozole, you could have ovulated a day or so later than everyone thought. The advice i was given was to wait another 48hrs and then test again so you could try that. I'd probably test tomorrow and again Friday if your period hasnt arrived. I also had to take a drug to induce a bleed but that was only on the cycles where I didnt ovulate. If you definitely ovulated, then you should be having a period naturally anyway. I think i had to up to either 5mg or 7.5mg in the end.

@CrispAppleStrudels they didn’t do a blood test no… I think I will keep testing like you said and go from there
i feel like I’m trying to go against how I felt when I was pregnant before my miscarriage, just don’t feel like I have any symptoms or even symptoms of af due 🙈 did you get any early symptoms of pregnancy before you took a test?

I've been pregnant twice - once using letrozole and once naturally. Both times i had zero symptoms until about 6 / 7 weeks, even with my natural pregnancy, where i got a really early bfp.
