B6 short luteal phase

Hi ladies, for those of you who had a short luteal phase due to low b6 how long did you take it for before your luteal phases become a normal length and how long till you got pregnant. TIA!

Hi! Not a success story yet, I have an 11 day luteal phase but spotting starts after 8-9 days so I’m adding B6 supplement into my routine this cycle. Are you taking it throughout or just after ovulation? I’ve seen conflicting information on this

No luck with B6 for me… I tried for maybe 3 cycles but it didn’t seem to make a difference, in fact I was probably spotting more!! I also had another couple of chemicals while taking the B6 so I stopped it.

I was eventually prescribed progesterone at my first appointment with the recurrent miscarriage clinic in March. She said to take from 3dpo but not the first cycle as she wanted me to have blood tests first. So I started it once I had my blood tests… I’m now nearly 14 weeks pregnant from that cycle!

No luck for me - I've been taking it around 4 months now and my LP is still at 6/7 days max. I thought I might get to 8 this month, but just started bleeding this afternoon.
