TTC Endometriosis

Hi everyone. I’m a newbie here so apologies if I’m not following the correct etiquette for posting.

I have just come off the pill to start ttc. I’m 38, have endometriosis and during some other gynae investigations last year was told I have some small fibroids, a small cyst on one of my ovaries and probably also adenomyosis. The consultant described me as “gynaecologically interesting”… not what I wanted to hear! The consultant has given us 6-9 months to ttc naturally before going down the fertility investigation and ivf route.

Are there any other ‘gynaecologically interesting’ ladies on here who can give me some hope and advice please? I’m really not feeling overly optimistic about our chances right now.
